Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Next Level Soccer. By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these terms. This is launch placeholder content and will be replaced with counsel-reviewed terms before public launch.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Player profiles are created and owned by the adult account holder.

Bookings & payments

Session fees are collected through our payment processor. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Help center and at checkout. Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of Next Level Soccer.

On-platform conduct

Communication and payment must stay on-platform. Sharing personal contact details to arrange off-platform sessions, or other attempts to circumvent the platform, may result in suspension.

Disputes

If a session does not go as expected, you may file a dispute from your booking details within the window described at checkout. We will review and resolve disputes in good faith.
