• Player profile information entered by the parent account holder.
• Booking, payment, and messaging activity needed to operate the service.

Minors’ data

Player profiles contain information about minors and are entered and owned by an adult parent account holder. There are no child-facing accounts or logins. We apply data minimization and restrict who can view player information to the parent, the booked coach, and support staff only when required to resolve an issue.

How information is used

We use your information to match families with coaches, process payments and payouts, send transactional notifications, and keep the platform safe. We never display personal contact details between parties.
