Who are the coaches?

They're current and recent college-level soccer athletes. Every coach joins by referral, passes a review, and clears a background check before they can be booked.

How does payment work?

You pay securely in-app. Your card is authorized when you request a session but only charged once the coach confirms. Any credits or referral discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Within 24 hours, a partial refund applies. If a coach cancels, you're fully refunded plus a credit.

What happens after a session?

Your coach sends a session report with what you worked on and homework drills. You can then leave a rating and rebook.

Can I message a coach before booking?

Yes — all communication happens safely on-platform. You never need to share personal contact details.

Is my child's information safe?

Player profiles are created and managed by you, the parent. Access is limited to you, your booked coach, and support staff only when needed to resolve an issue.
